It’s true that we use a lot of the same strategies we use when we’ve dealt with anxiety. The techniques that we use when we’re suffering from fear include calming ourselves down with affirmations using the “I am okay” mantra or the “I will” statement.
It would make sense to get a brain dump, as these things are generally the quickest and most effective way to deal with fear.
The truth of the matter is, if you were to read this blog you might not want to know that you were suffering from a form of anxiety called dreadnaught. It’s a feeling that’s almost impossible to explain, and can run in the family. If you’re suffering from dreadnaught, it’s not anxiety, it’s dreadnaught. I think the best way to understand it is to experience it for yourself.
The first stage of the dreadnaught process is the feeling of dread. If you were to simply stare into the mirror at your own reflection you might actually feel as if you were drowning in your own fear. You might even start to feel as though your eyeballs were going to swell, your throat would open up, and you would fall to the floor in a pool of blood. It might feel as though, in that moment, you were having a panic attack.
When you realize that you’ve become this person who feels these things, what you call out to yourself is the feeling of panic. You’re starting to feel that all of your senses are heightened to the point of overwhelming you. You’re not sure why, but you know something is wrong, and you’re not sure what, but maybe you’re just going to die.
This is where the second step of a great link building strategy comes in. To make this strategy work, you need information that is both useful and accurate. You need to know how many of the Visionaries are here, what is their purpose, and what they are doing. Then you need to create a link to all these links, with the link pointing to the source of the information that you are providing.

Its very easy to find all the links you want on all the pages in the game. In fact, you can quickly do a quick search for everyone on the island. But since our game has a huge amount of content, and since there are so many different pages on the island with links to each other, that takes some time and some pre-work.
There are a lot of cool features to help you with this, but one of the biggest things that you want to find is the “dreadnaught secrets” page.
