Our diets go through phases, and the more we eat the more we want to lose weight. In our case, the more we want to lose weight the more we need to eat. Once we eat more than we need to, we just go through the cycle. We need to keep eating until we get to the point of being hungry again and then we get the urge to eat again.
I know what you’re thinking, but this is actually a good thing. It means that we’re actually eating less when we want to eat less. And when we get hungry again, we’re actually hungry less so we can eat more.
How do you know when you’re hungry again? You eat less, but you eat more than you need to. You can look around and see if you see a specific foods that you need to eat and you need to eat them. If there’s one thing that we’ve found in our own studies that works well for weight loss is the use of protein powders. The way that protein works is that it’s broken down in the body and then the body uses it to make energy.

Monarch medical is a great site for dieting, but the only diet that really works for me is one I’ve been doing for a couple of years now. It’s called ‘diet of choice’. Basically, you eat the right amount of calories and you don’t eat a lot of bad food. For me this is a diet that’s easy to follow and takes me just a few hours to complete. It’s also something I’ll have around to see whether or not I do well on.
